RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

At Icona Hair, we abide by Federal Law that prohibits returns on human hair products that have been used due to hygiene and safety concerns. We do not accept returns for sale merchandise, custom wig units, closures, or frontals.

 

Under special circumstances, we offer exchanges on our wefted bundles as long as your unique bundle ties and tags aren’t removed from the bundles. Removing bundle ties forfeits the right to a return, exchange or refund.

 

Returns / exchanges must abide by the following requirements:

 

  • A return authorization must be requested and approved via email by customerservice@iconahair.com.

  • Original hair bundle ties must be intact, uncut, and unremoved from the bundles.

  • Hair must not have been washed, cut, or chemically treated.

  • Hair must be returned in original packaging.

  • Return must include a copy of the order receipt.

  • Return must include a copy of the signed return authorization.

  • Return has to be sent back at the customer’s expense, as we do not offer return shipping.

 

Failure to follow these requirements will result in the return / exchange being voided and refund forfeited. 

 

Please note, returns are subject to a 20% restock fee of the total price of the merchandise.

 

We do not accept unauthorized returns so please do not ship your items back without emailing customerservice@iconahair.com for a return authorization. Email return authorization request must be made within 7 days of receipt of product. Returning items without authorization forfeits the right to a return, exchange, or refund. 

 

Once hair is returned back to us, please allow 3 business days for validation and processing of refund or exchange.

 

If the hair has been used, washed, or tampered with in any manner, all refunds and exchange policies are voided.
